Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal
At Kosmetica.es we fully respect your consumer rights. This policy explains your right of withdrawal, returns for incorrect or defective products, and the legal guarantee that protects you.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without reason and without penalty.
1.1 Products eligible for withdrawal
You may exercise withdrawal on any product that is unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact.
Legal exception (art. 103(e) LGDCU): Withdrawal is not accepted for cosmetics that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons. If the seal is intact, the right of withdrawal fully applies.
1.2 How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Provide your full name, order number and items to return. A reason is not required.
1.3 Returning the product
Return the products within 14 calendar days of notifying us.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except for incorrect or defective products.
1.4 Refund
We will refund all payments received, including original delivery costs (except additional costs for a non-standard delivery method), within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect or transit-damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number, full name, and photos of the product and packaging (including batch number and expiry date where applicable).
Kosmetica.es will cover all return costs and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
3. Expired Products
If the product received is expired at delivery, contact us with photos showing the batch number and expiry date. We will arrange replacement or a full refund, covering all costs.
4. Legal Conformity Guarantee (3 years)
All products carry a 3-year legal conformity guarantee from delivery (art. 120 LGDCU, as amended by RDL 7/2021). This covers conformity defects against the agreed conditions of sale. It does not cover normal wear and tear or expiry of a correctly delivered product.
You may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or contract termination for conformity defects.
