We sell natural and vegan cosmetic products imported from South Korea and Poland. Product images and descriptions are for reference only.

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs will be displayed before finalizing your order.

- Bank transfer (only for selected customer groups)

- Correos España: 2–3 business days

- Direct delivery available in selected postal codes within 1 business day

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or expired. Please report any issues to legal@kosmetica.es within 7 days of receipt.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
