Instructions:

• You may send this completed form by email to [email protected].
• The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
• After notifying withdrawal, you have another 14 calendar days to return the product.
• The product must be returned in the same condition as received. If the safety seal has been opened, the right of withdrawal does not apply for hygiene reasons (Art. 103.e Spanish Consumer Protection Law).
• The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer.
• The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
